Nature of our services
Medicore Solutions provides healthcare support services — including medical camps, pharmacy supply, home nursing, ambulance coordination, equipment rental and laboratory sample collection. Certain services are delivered in association with partner hospitals, laboratories and providers.

Bookings and pricing
Charges are confirmed before a service begins wherever the situation allows. In emergencies, we proceed on your instruction and confirm charges as soon as practicable. Equipment rentals may require a refundable deposit.
Cancellations
Camps, collections and staffing can be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice. Where costs have already been incurred on your behalf, those may be charged.
Limitation of liability
We take responsibility for the professional conduct of the staff we deploy and the condition of the equipment we supply. We are not liable for clinical outcomes determined by the patient's underlying condition, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
