Do you need the original prescription?
A clear photograph is enough to begin. Schedule H and H1 medicines require a valid, current prescription from a registered practitioner.
Can you supply a full month at once?
Yes. Monthly packs are the most common arrangement for chronic prescriptions, and generally the most economical.
What if a medicine is unavailable?
We inform you immediately and, with the prescribing doctor's approval, propose an equivalent substitute rather than substituting silently.
