Every unit is serviced and sanitised before dispatch. Our technician installs it, demonstrates safe operation to the family, and remains reachable for support and replacement through the rental period.

Rent or buy — which is better?
For a recovery expected to last a few weeks or months, renting is almost always more sensible. For long-term or permanent needs, purchase works out cheaper. We will tell you which your case is.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Most equipment is rented monthly, with weekly options on selected items. There is no long lock-in.
Is a deposit required?
A refundable deposit applies on rentals, returned after pickup and inspection of the unit.
What if a device stops working?
Call us and we repair or replace it. Support during the rental period is included, not extra.
